[Scooter] Good Morning, tigers -- What's your question -- perhaps I can help
[tigers] Scooter I had just asked about Soonerfan's statement in a discussion that we could retire and see it this week.Just wondered if anyone knew if he meant look today or later?
[Scooter] Follow the game plan folks -- The IMF CR's, World Bank DPL, and the latest laws being passed by parliament
[Scooter] tigers TY. I didn't hear what the gentlemen said but i do know this. ] Intel is appreciated from anybody, but I like too verify all intel with several sources. if you find three different sources, the probability just arose to the 90% level . Even the news needs cross examinining
Remember-- the best misdirection people on the planet are managing this whole
thing. look for chaos and, the people that control the chaos

[brsuperduty] Scooter the news is probably the least reliable most of it is controlled
[Scooter] control the opportunity
[Scooter: brsuperduty, absolutely, agreed, unequivocally. I even check out the author of any
news. why? because they always have an agenda
[Scooter] keep asking those questions. those questions are good for the community. IMO
I've been in this gig for way too many years
[sugarbear2] Scooter how many
[Scooter] late 2005
[Priscilla] Scooter can you explain the significance of the the Greek bailout...and/or why it seems like they keep getting bailed out.
[Scooter] Priscilla hahahahaah --- how long do you have. ] lol
Scooter] Priscilla . you have to remember --- the Greeks put this on themselves-- the overall banking systems is showing serious cracks throughout
[Priscilla] Scooter I've just thought that for the IMF to do that they have to get the money from somewhere...but is there more..
[Scooter] Greece would have been a cadalyst that would have caused economic explosions throughout Europe
[Scooter] but, that doesn't mean we should have to bail them out.
I find it very hard to swallow to see our tax dollars being spent that way. JMO
[drizz] Scooter ~ at this point it seems that no intel is correct including the news in Iraq saying they had news saying they had "hard currency' which is not true! yet - it seems the 3 letter agencies and news are lying to all the intel gatherers -what to do?
Scooter] drizz --- well --- I love to hear intel --- but here's the thing about intel --it might be that little small fact that provides the missing link to everything
[Scooter] I think there's an abundance of information that we aren't seeing. for example
Who are the proxy countries supporting this RV? Why hasn't Iraq privatized those
SOE's? State owned enterprises. that's what will fund the governments liquidity.
Those are my questions, but nobody but just a handful of people really know.JMO.
please don't take me wrong. I'm certain there's many good people here doing there absolute best,
and I'm sincerely appreciative.
They have enough wealth with oil -- but their market capitalization is way below the norms
For example: look at Jordan -- about 250% to 300 % of their market cap.Iraq -2.40% roughly.
They've got a lot of growth. and their demographic is excellent too. A large percentage of
their populace is ripe for the working. They just need to build capital and build it fast, then diversify that economy by 1000%. . that's my biggest concern
Do you realize that Agriculture was once a bigger contributor to their GDP than oil?
AG was running at 37% of their GDP. Well ahead of oil Imagine that country when they diversify and their middle class forms. Great growth engine right their, consumption will sky rocket
That's just it. They can dominate, but they need to get their act together.
The banking reform alone was originally scheduled for June 30th 2010
The original MOU was written in 2007
Nevertheless -- I'm hogging the convo, so, I will stand down
[brsuperduty] i think the intel that the majority of the intel ppl are getting is from helpful ppl its just the evil doers behind the the others are what keeps stopping this thing "power and greed" is the culprit that keeps stopping this imo
[Priscilla] Scooter do they have a well educated population?
[Scooter] Priscilla No -- that's one of the problems, for example -- the banks can't find enough qualified young people that can read and write. Tthe banking sector needs not only hard capital
but educated human capitol
[Lily] Scooter , I think all the young and educated people are living abroad
[Scooter] Lily --- I think you might be right -- ha ha
Priscilla] Scooter I can't imagine how/if the culture will affect them trying to do things by the
books....[Scooter] Priscilla great point. That cultural lag has caused some problems. Accounting standards are 40 years old. Big problem combined with cultural clashes
[..SweetQueen] iScooter thank you it was the work of several, appreciate your presence and have read your posts for sometime now.
