Stevel: All I want to see is these new guys officially seated and the budget and HCL passed. As Ray said, their positions will be official September 7th.
I am hopeful anytime after that will be a great opportunity for Iraq to move their country forwards. The new PM likes to do things by the constutution, so having this happen before the 7th may be pushing it a bit. I can wait it out for sure. Steve

If their positions become effective on the 7th, then what is to happen tomorrow? I thought they were being installed tomorrow. Maybe I have my verbiage or dates wrong. Thanks for everything!!
Stevel: The way it was explained to me is that the new Prime Minister will present his final selection of ministers to the media and people of Iraq, and then the following day to so,
the President of the Parliament will swear them in making it official and then their positions will be effective on September 7th. If anyone knows different, then please let know, until then, my comments stand.
Hope that helps. Have a safe week. Steve
