Cbs71: Well remember, they have to form a committee, to vote on another committee to allow the next committee to endorse the budget. Got it? Test next week.....
Stevel: They had to form a new committee first so that committee can create a new committee for the current committee to do its new job.
If the newly created committee has problems or questions, then they will form various sub-committees to help the second committee understand them.
In the mean time the initial committee may have to create another new committee to oversee the second committee and report back to the the first committee.
Now here is the problem, if the second committee starts arguing and fighting among themselves, the first committee will create a new committee asking the second committee to create a new committee to help resolve the committee that is not getting along. I totally understand this concept.
(I hope his helps. :) Steve
cbs71: lol: Exactly what I said but you expounded more on it!
Riddle: How many committees does it take Iraq to form to make decisions?

Steve: Both Ray and I have calls into various contacts to get what is really going on. Until then we simply cannot share the actual activities.
Unlike the made up (out of thin air) sources, we would rather report actual facts and not some story to keep you in suspense just because it sounds really good.
Sorry, but this is the best we can do at the moment. Steve
