Stressing that "the world view to the Iraqi dinar because of the loss of sovereignty would be a diminution of the dinar and the evacuation of troops will raise the value of Iraqi dinar.
[TheRock] "Shabibi" that the Iraqi economy will improve after the departure of U.S.
troops from Iraq.
[TheRock] Shabibi said the economy will improve
[TheRock] He has always done what he said he was going to do
[TheRock] Stressing that "the world view to the Iraqi dinar because of the loss of
sovereignty would be a diminution of the dinar and the evacuation of troops will
raise the value of Iraqi dinar.
[TheRock] Because the lose of Sovereignty when Chapter 7 of the UN resolution was applied the Dinar lost its value. “diminution of the dinar”
[TheRock] We know Shabibi said the Iraqi economy will improve AFTER our troops leave
[TheRock] After our troops leave ,, will raise the value of Iraqi dinar.
[TheRock] its plain as day what Shabibi wants to do
[TheRock] Let me bring in another article that tells how involved we are with Iraq
[TheRock]Joint Statement by The United States of America and The Republic of Iraq Higher Coordinating Committee
The United States of America and the Republic of Iraq are committed to forging a strong partnership based on mutual interests that will continue to grow for years to come. Our two nations are entering a new phase in our relationship. We have a historic opportunity to strengthen our ties beyond security and build a multi-faceted relationship through trade, education, culture, law enforcement, environment, energy, and other important areas.
[TheRock] Trade and Finance Cooperation
[TheRock] do you see that and how committed we are?
The United States and Iraq will continue their efforts to reinforce their financial and trade cooperation and to strengthen ties between our nations’ business communities. For the first time since 1988, the U.S. participated in the recent Baghdad International Trade Fair, showcasing 85 American businesses and organizations and building on the success of the Business and Investment Conference held in Washington, D.C. in 2009. The United States is supporting the Government of Iraq’s efforts in the financial sector by providing the technical expertise needed to develop private banks and microfinance institutions. In this context, the United States is developing new lending products for small and medium enterprises, in addition to the roughly $50 million set aside for such loans. Our governments are looking forward to the next meeting and recommendations of the U.S.-Iraq Business Dialogue, a forum of Iraqi and U.S. companies that promises to strengthen commercial ties between our countries.
[TheRock] The USA is fully supporting Iraq in ALL areas
[TheRock] The USA and Iraq have agreed to partner to build a strong Iraq.
November 30, 2011[TheRock] ok now here is a BIG thing what is going on and IMO what is holding things up
[TheRock] CHAPTER VII: ACTION WITH RESPECT TO THREATS TO THE PEACE, BREACHES
OF THE PEACE, AND ACTS OF AGGRESSION
[TheRock] Article 39
The Security Council shall determine the existence of any threat to the peace, breach of the peace, or act of aggression and shall make recommendations, or decide what measures shall be taken in accordance with Articles 41 and 42, to maintain or restore international peace and security.
[TheRock] Article 41
The Security Council may decide what measures not involving the use of armed force are to be employed to give effect to its decisions, and it may call upon the Members of the United Nations to apply such measures. These may include complete or partial interruption of economic relations and of rail, sea, air, postal, telegraphic, radio, and other means of communication, and the severance of diplomatic relations.
[TheRock] Article 42
Should the Security Council consider that measures provided for in Article 41 would be inadequate or have proved to be inadequate, it may take such action by air, sea, or land forces as may be necessary to maintain or restore international peace and security. Such action may include demonstrations, blockade, and other operations by air, sea, or land forces of Members of the United Nations.
[TheRock] It is clear by article 41 of Chapter 7 that Iraq’s funds were frozen and thus hindered and or stopped Iraq’s ability to trade international.]
[TheRock] Article 41 did not produce the results expected and caused us to go to war with Iraq.]
[TheRock] After the printing of the new Dinar the exchange rate revalued a few times. This was for in country only and to control inflation by the CBI.
[TheRock] Around Jan. 2009 the rate of 1170 came in and stayed since. Inflation since 2003 has also come down from as high as about 140% to as low of about 5%
[TheRock] Article 7 is a BIG thing
[TheRock] unless they are removed they will NOT be fully sovereign nor able to do
[TheRock] Here are some great links to look at:

Shara describes a step toward the withdrawal of occupation out of Iraq from Chapter VII
Agencies - described the deputy parliamentary bloc of the citizen and the withdrawal of U.S. occupation, not to grant immunity to coaches step forward in Iraq would emerge from Chapter VII.
The MP said Furat al-Shara that "the withdrawal of U.S. troops from the country at the end of the year 2011 as part of the security agreement concluded between the two countries and not to grant legal immunity for trainers will be channeled towards the exit of Iraq from Chapter VII of the UN Security Council." He added that "this step will significantly contribute to the restoration of Iraq to full sovereignty, and its weight, the truth status of the region and the international community. "
The U.S. President Barak Obama announced on 21 October last, that his country's troops in Iraqi territory would be in the United States during the holidays, stressing that Washington will support Iraq in all fields.
[TheRock] Legal immunity for trainers will be channeled towards the exit of Iraq from chapter 7.
[TheRock] Is this the one issue that holds Iraq in chapter 7?
[TheRock] Is it also possible that the USA will NOT remove Iraq from chapter 7 unless they give USA trainers immunity while in Iraq?
[TheRock] USA is bargaining with Iraq
[TheRock] Ashur: any agreement between Baghdad and Washington must include out of the reach regulation VII
Date: Monday, 05-12-2011 11: 06 am
Baghdad (newsletter).Iraqi list Adviser Hani Ashour said any agreement with the Iraqi Government expected the US Administration on military cooperation and keep instructors or US troops in Iraq, mean that Iraq has no national sovereignty unless emerging from Chapter VII.
Ashur said in a press statement Monday: Iraqi Government when it signed Convention security in 2008 and was scheduled to withdraw by the end of the year, had confirmed that the signing of the Convention intended to eject Iraq under Chapter VII,
[TheRock] but this did not materialize.
[TheRock] Ashour said: the departure of US troops from Iraq did not mean the return of full sovereignty to Iraq as long as the country will remain subject to Chapter VII.
[TheRock] calling on the Iraqi Government not to sign any agreement during any future negotiations with the US side without undertaking and commitment to bring Iraq under Chapter VII and during a specific time period, in order to fulfil the commitments between the two countries.
Ashour said: the security agreement between Iraq and the United States being the withdrawal in the light of the strategic framework for cooperation has not been fully implemented, and that the Iraqi Government should disclose all facts to people before undertaking any new agreement with the US Administration on trainers, military cooperation and develop Iraqi forces after the withdrawal and oblige us to bring Iraq party under Chapter VII.
[TheRock] The Iraqi Government was seeking to remove Iraq from the pain of this item which was imposed on Iraq for former regime's lack of commitment to implement UN resolutions for its invasion of Kuwait in 1990./finished/o. Eng..
[TheRock] Iraq WILL NOT return to FULL Sovereignty until they are out of Chapter 7[TheRock]Iraq wants out of Chapter 7 and they also want FULL Sovereignty. [TheRock]IMO they will not have FULL sovereignty until USA has immunity for trainers.
[TheRock] Monday 5 December 2011
Ashour, calling on the government to refrain from signing any agreement with Washington
Baghdad / babysit - called adviser to the Iraqi List, Hani Ashour, the Iraqi government to refrain from signing any agreement with the United States without a pledge to bring the country from Chapter VII, considering that the continuation of this will prevent the restoration of sovereignty to Iraq following the U.S. withdrawal is expected late this month.
[TheRock] A statement issued by the Information Office of the Ashour him as saying on Monday that the Iraqi government when it signed a security pact with Washington in 2008, which was that of determining the date for the withdrawal of U.S. troops end of the year 2011, had assured the time it aims to rid Iraq of the item Chapter VII, But this did not happen, considering that the exit of the U.S. military
[TheRock] does not mean the return of full sovereignty to Iraq as long as the country is subject to Chapter VII.
[TheRock] Iraq will refrain signing any agreements with the USA without a pledge to bring Iraq out of chapter 7.
[TheRock] An agreement was signed that when our troops leave Iraq will be removed from Chapter 7
[TheRock] Again it is my opinion that United States will not allow Iraq to be removed from chapter 7 until our trainers get immunity.
[TheRock] Unless Iraq is removed from Chapter 7 fully they are NOT a FULL Sovereign country and will lack the ability to do international trades.
[TheRock] We know investors have come in and continue to but being under Chapter 7 limits the ability to fully enter into the international community.
[TheRock] Iraqi list Adviser Hani Ashour said any agreement with the Iraqi Government expected the US Administration on military cooperation and keep instructors or US troops in Iraq,********* mean that Iraq has no national sovereignty****** unless *******emerging from Chapter VII.************
Ashur said in a press statement Monday: Iraqi Government when it signed Convention security in 2008 and was scheduled to withdraw by the end of the year, had confirmed that the signing of the Convention********** intended to eject Iraq under Chapter VII,********** but this did not materialize.

[TheRock] There you have it and in my opinion the immunity issue has been a BIG issue thus far
[TheRock] because Iraq and USA are partners
[TheRock] and the USA WILL NOT allow our trainers be subject to their laws
[TheRock] Iraq needs us
[TheRock] and we need them
[TheRock] the immunity issue is a bargaining issue and we hold the aces
[TheRock] without them giving our trainers immunity
[TheRock] Iraq reamins in chapter 7
[TheRock] and can not enter into the international community the way they want to
[TheRock] yes investors can go there and do business
[TheRock] and build infrastructures and oil wells
[TheRock] but the international business is hindered very much
[TheRock] untill they ARE FULL Sovereign
[TheRock] and as long as the US holds that Iraq will remain
[TheRock] give our trainers immunity
[TheRock] and we will remove you from Chapter 7
[TheRock] Iraq is ready to revalue and make the Dinar more valuable
[TheRock] Shabibi has educated the media and people
[TheRock] he is ready but can not do it until Iraq has FULL Sovereignty
[BondLady]it sure is looking like per the articles weve seen the last few days rock
that u could very well be spot on with this
[TheRock] Immunity for the trainers is what we need and Iraq needs out of Chapter 7
[TheRock] Immunity for the trainers is what we need and Iraq needs out of Chapter 7
[TheRock] All our troops are leaving soon
[TheRock] but unless IMO they give our trainers immunity Iraq reamins in Chapter 7
[TheRock] Iraq its your move
[TheRock] we call
[TheRock] and hold the aces
[BondLady] that was one of the best chats ive had the opurtunity to read and be a

[br_dinar] TheRock Great Chat Excellent!
[TheRock] when its posted go over it and think.. I know I did not have everything

[player46] TheRock ..good chat and TY. In your opinion, what does immunity
completely entail? Not subject to their laws?
[TheRock] thats why we work together to figure it out
[TheRock] without emotions or rumors getting in the way
[cranster] here's what glenn beck said today. He said "I talked to a couple currency
people this weekend, and one guy who's supposed to be one of the best, but I didn't
really get an answer from him" He went on to say " I have to do more research on
this, but I think if I'm right, I know where the big money is going and there may be
a way for the average person to get on the boat, but it's kinda of a scary risky
thing if you don't have a lot of money" He said "I don't even know if anybody does
this in real life it's a theory of mine, donimic give me a few more days on this and
I'll let you know about this particular piece I was talking about" ebbedy ebbedy...
that's all folks
