Good morning, family. Zeke! Shaken, not stirred, brother. At the moment, it appears, at least on the surface, that there are many positive, informative, and suggestive articles to sift through. There are also articles that motivate me to scratch my dome, and go hmmm.
I'm just speaking for myself here: I firmly believe markets, and the daily white-noise of propaganda that surrounds them, are manipulated. I'm not suggesting, nor can I present proof that they are rigged, but manipulated, yes.
This I can prove with technical chart analysis. Anyone can. It's simple, really, and has been the case throughout history ever since cash and coin have replaced cattle as a more effective way to conduct business.
I'm a farm kid: ever try to make change for a full-grown Holstein...? I digress...I don't recall the exact person to whom this quote should be cited for, but it goes like this: "...all forms of politics are dirty. They exist for one reason, to control the mob..." My point is that whether it be political, military, financial, or personal in nature, the state-run media news disseminated for the masses, inside and outside the sandbox, is written and presented in such a way as to influence Joe and Jane World-Average into believing and acting a certain way with their money.

Take Anbar, for instance. I am NOT belittling the unnecessary loss of life. War is the ultimate showcase of mankind's stupidity, and it has its roots in sin...period. My point is that, IMO, the Anbar province is smoke and mirrors. I ask myself, why now? Why this internal blow-up now?
It's a distraction and diversion away from where my attention needs to focus, and that is the CBI. Why?
Because they get their marching orders from the BIS...period. Look at the forum closely, family. We see all kinds of credible evidence presented by great cats like AggieDad, Sager, Society, and others...Frank, Delta, Zeke, Nova, Memphis, Eagle1...I apologize, in advance, for any others I've missed. I certainly appreciate your perspectives as well.
The bottom line is that many of these articles, NOT the people presenting them, contradict themselves. For example, are the Kurds shipping oil, at whatever rate or price, through that pipeline of theirs into Turkey, and ultimately the southern EU or not? These two ethnicities are the Hatfields and McCoy's of the sandbox, for real. They can't stand each other. They've been enemies for centuries.
Only a few months ago, Turkish warplanes were bombing Kurdish villages along their common border. Yet today, they are kissing and holding hands and supposedly making money hand-over-fist with their pipeline that ticking the cats in Baghdad off...really...?
And Baghdad gets to posture and strut and shake a finger at the Kurds while the whole time JP Morgan-Chase is just sitting back, and watching the oil profits from this pipeline flow as freely into their vaults as spilled sunshine over the horizon on a new, clear morning.
All this stuff is designed to make Joe and Jane World-Average think: "...gee, I'm going to stay away from there, and invest my money in traditional venues because they don't have any political, military, financial, or personal stability over there..."
Goodness, gracious. Family, allow me to be very bold with my next sentence...they are NEVER going to have perfect stability in the sandbox, as we may think or feel it should be. I get it: we fought two wars over there, we shed blood for that ground, we spent a trillion or more in treasure inside the sandbox, we should get to determine how those cats run their business and their lives.
Personally, my younger brother served in the sandbox with the Navy SeaBees. He is and will be suffering the consequences of war for that tour the remainder of his life. Sadly, but honestly, the reality is, we don't get to call all the shots. Not in a direct sense, anyway.
First of all, define "stability", and not in a western mindset. I can't do it, and that's the point. There isn't one that we all can agree upon. I maintain that the BIS is in control, they have and want IQD because they are the mother-of-all-banks, and they are not going to use it to line the walls of their corporate lavatorial facilities in Basil, Switzerland.
They are going to use it, and NOT at a program rate, to light the fire of a global monetary adjustment, re-distribution, label it whatever and however you would like for an event the likes and scope of which the planet has yet to experience.
Bond sales, as directed by the BIS, will one day soon replace the pathetic currency auctions, and then, watch out. My daily struggle is not confusing myself or worrying about what I don't know.
I focus, God willing, on what I do know, and trust His guidance will always be better than my pathetic attempts at digesting, or always being able to coherently explain, man-made news that isn't all that great for my intellectual digestive system in the first place. Soli deo gloria.
