Through the UN platform Iraq can achieve three main axes: Firstly opposite political reality and security in Iraq after year 2005-2007 in order to indicate to the world that Iraq now stable and the evolution in the political process despite the presence of some of the problems.

Third axis is: It is possible to achieve the bilateral meetings successful during Iraq's participation in this conference taking place on the sidelines of this assembly with the Heads of State and delegations in order to encourage them to invest and to come to Iraq and invited to benefit from the investment opportunities large enjoyed by Iraq.
The new Iraq wants stability and peace in the world and the Arab region as well as being a leader of the Arab Group for this would be to his active role in this conference. Iraq will demand out of Chapter VII of the UN Charter on the basis of the progress of relations with Kuwait.
Iraq has met all its international obligations, in addition to setting up a mechanism to resolve disputes between Iraq and Kuwait and Iraq qualifies to be a country with full sovereignty and stability.
9-26-2012 LoriC: The Iraqi delegation is in New York pushing for, and receiving help from, the United States, Britain, Kuwait and others to influence the UNSC and help get the necessary votes for their Chapter VII removal. This is excellent news for us!!
9-26-2012 Captaincaveman: IRAQ'S PARTICIPATION IN GENERAL ASSEMBLY WILL PAVE THE WAY FOR REMOVAL FROM CHAPTER VII. I LIKE THE PART WHERE THEY ARE DEMANDING REMOVAL FROM CHAPTER VII and the quote "ADDING THAT IRAQ HAS ACHIEVED ALL ITS INTERNATIONAL OBLIGATIONS.
I think I read an article this morning that said Iraq speaks in front of the general assembly on Friday. So will they RV before or announce the RV and release from chapter VII at the same time?
9-26-2012 Dealdoctor: Europeans are in the streets in many nations protesting their austerity measures. Yesterday the head of the Philadelphia FED said he did NOT think this last round of stimulus QEternity was going to work. Too little too late.
So I think we are beginning to see the egg crack wide open now. It's showing up in the Markets. The US is facing a financial cliff. Europe is seeing an economic meltdown now. War tensions in the ME. This pot is boiling.
9-26-2012 Adam Montana: A revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar WILL make a difference worldwide and it will indeed impact the global economy. Iraq won't RV because they want to help the world, but returning their currency to a higher value like it used to have will be a tremendous booster to us all.
To clarify, I mean Iraq is going to do what they want to do regardless of how it affects us. We will benefit from an RV, but that's not why they will or won't do it.
