CAPT RON: If as appears likely, the accord between iraq and Kuwait ref their border will be signed.and if, as appears likely, all of the remaining actions to remove Iraq from Ch7 appear to be almost done if not already done, then what ELSE remains that needs to get done before the Ch7 goes away? Lemme think now...umm...
So, my point would be that, even though we dinarians focus almost exclusively on the rv itself, the UNSC doesn't. It focuses on the removal of Ch7 from Iraq and could it be that this big event for us will therefore get executed.
At some point far enough ahead of the Ch7 moment to be, um....how can I put this... easier to manage? I guess the question i have here is...should not the iqd rv happen a healthy day or so prior to Ch7, as opposed to immediately prior to the Ch7? If it is planned to rv with some 'margin of time' prior to the Ch7 release (ceremonies and all), then this rv has to happen, like, now.
