aggiedad77 » August 14th, 2014, 9:43 am OBSERVATION:
Family the news we are seeing here on Thursday is still largely of congratulations towards Abadi....and also....Iraq for their recent efforts in creating unity within their government....by doing so they are seeing the freeing up of aid from many different sources.....
They see the military assistance showing up in ways that didn't exist prior to a month ago, they get invited to new groups....UN Group of Friends.....they see Turkey coming to their defense on Monday standing in the way of a potential coup.....and the list keeps building.
The point I'm trying to make here is that the Iraqis are seeing "forward movement" in what to them must seem like light speed....yes light speed.....they are not accustomed to moving at this speed and it must be dizzying for them.....and these are all things that we can see....can you imagine the kinds of things that are going on behind the scenes that we are not yet privy to and may never fully become aware.....but that is ok, because it is good.
I hope each of you are smiling at all this progress both seen and unseen......wait for it....wait for it.....for it is coming.....to a bank screen near you....soon....IMO. Randy
Frank26: I am of the Mano a Mano school that believes in a 1 to 1 rate. The MoP and MoF know about 1.16/1.17 because it is derived from the program rate of 1166 via the removal of one digit .
They told the GOI in 2010 that would not work ...... That they needed a rate of 3.2108 and to add 20% more to it for 2011. Then o pulled us out at the end of that year and the rate was mugged by M with his demands of Dr Shabibi and the CBI.
When M FIRED Dr S ........ The rate simply went into hibernation until ........ Stability and Security returned. In other words ........ OUR TROOPS !!!
So ........ IMO ......... IF .......... 1 to 1 is the 2014 budget's fundamental start then the topic of 1 or 1.16/1.17 is ready to surface ......... Without any FEAR.
M is scared today .......... Someone removed too many of his entourage last night. For the next 24 he will be a butterfly again. He wanted to be #1 ....... Hmmm....... That's about how much he has left.
walkongstick : Bayraktar: Federal Court needs more time to decide on the pretext of al-Maliki
Baghdad-Iraq-Presse -14 August / August: The spokesman for the Supreme Judicial Council, Abdul Sattar Bayraktar, said Thursday that the Federal Court needs more time to decide on the lawsuit filed by Prime Minister outgoing Nuri al-Maliki against President Fuad Masum, the assigned Haider Abadi, to form a government , attributing this to the large number of procedures that precede the court's decision.
Frank26: LOL........... IMO .......... The Courts learned from M and his tactics.
IMO .......... The Courts freeze M with FALSE HOPES in order to buy the required time to sit the GOI without M. Hence my statement on T's CC .......... " I do not see them taking 30 days anymore." LOL .......... They are trying to stay steps ahead of M's desires and plans.
PAPPA-J: TO BAD M DID NOT READ SOME OF THE ENGLISH AUTHORS----- C. N. PARKINSON " DELAY IS THE DEADLIEST FORM OF DENIAL" M DENIES IT'S REAL AND THE GOI IS JUST PLAIN DENYING M. ====== ABOUT TIME!!!!!!! JUST HOPE AMERICA FOLLOWS LESSONS LEARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Snod : At this point, it seems like if Abadi will move quickly to seat the Gummit then I've got a sneaking suspicion the US may intervene against the court. M better get to crackin'...This election, I believe, is going to reinforce to us who really has the leverage over there, who M was most afraid of, and how we use crisis to further agendas. IMHO...
Frank26: Standing Ovation ......... Oh hxxx YES!!!
the secret :Hi Frank, on your cc you said how a member of iteam will see his wife in January, do you think we might have to wait till then to see our blessing?
Frank26: Emphatically .......... No.
Before ........ So he can leave in January........IMO.

To have ABADI as a PM is NOT coincidence!!! He is PRO Currency Reform!!!
Al-Abadi was appointed Minister of Communications in the Iraqi Governing Council on 1 September 2003. A Shia Muslim and electronic consultant engineer by training with a PhD degree from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, in 1980. Al-Abadi lived in exile in London during the time of Saddam Hussein.
In 2005, he served as an advisor to the Prime Minister of Iraq in the first elected Government.
He was elected member of Iraqi Parliament in 2005 and chaired the parliamentary committee for Economy, Investment and Reconstruction. Al-Abadi was re-elected as member of Iraqi Parliament representing Baghdad in the general election held on March 7, 2010. In 2013, he chaired the Finance Committee and was at the center of a parliamentary dispute over the allocation of the 2013 Iraqi budget.
Al-Abadi's name was circulated as a prime ministerial candidate during the formation of the Iraqi government in 2006 during which Ibrahim al-Jaafari was replaced by Nouri al-Maliki as Prime Minister.
In 2008, Al-Abadi remained steadfast in his support of Iraqi sovereignty, insisting on specific conditions to the agreement with the U.S. regarding presence in Iraq.
In 2009, Al-Abadi was identified by the Middle East Economic Digest as a key person to watch in Iraq's reconstruction.
He is an active member of the Iraq Petroleum Advisory Committee, participating in the Iraq Petroleum Conferences of 2009–2012.
He was one of several Iraqi politicians supporting a suit against Blackwater as a result of the 2010 dismissal of criminal charges against Blackwater personnel involved the 2007 killing of 17 Iraqi civilians.
Al-Abadi was again tipped as a possible Prime Minister during the tough negotiations between Iraqi political blocs after the elections of 2010 to choose a replacement to incumbent PM Nouri Al-Maliki. Again in 2014, he was nominated by Shia political parties as an alternative candidate for Prime Minister.
