The sources said in a press statement that the political alliance whatever will emerge in the coming days posed by political blocs and comprises 190 deputies, has been regulated to him other blocs comprising members of the coalition of state law , in light of the differences that beset the latter and the intention of more than a character in it to run for a bag of prime minister .
The sources added , that the meetings were held in Erbil included both Barzani and Allawi and Najafi and officials of the Sadrist bloc and the citizen as well as the Arab coalition headed by al-Mutlaq to mature the project to establish a new political bloc with the task of forming a government comprising Iraqi people without marginalization .

Meanwhile, a Kurdish official said that ' the leaders of the PUK agreed to open dialogues with all blocs , including the mass change that Maliki is seeking to win an important political positions .'
He noted that the ' National Union seeks with other Kurdish leaders to speed up the formation of the new alliance , especially in light of the existence of contacts within the Reform Movement, and the mass of virtue in order to participate in exchange for certain positions
Tlar Allawi has managed to nose his way into looking like he is one that is leading the troops.
The NA will not pick him as the nominee because he carries way to much baggage.
Hakim did not even bother to meet with him when he was making all his passes.
Allawi thinks he should get the job of PM because he thinks it belongs to him having been stolen in 2010 by Maliki.
It is my opinion that Hakim and Barzini are playing him in order to get what few votes he has to bolster the opposition's numbers.
IMO they have no intention of nominating him but you will hear Allawi speak through articles depicting himself as leading this movement attempting to look as though he has a lock on it over the next week or two. He represents the position of spoiler in all of this so the coalition is playing along. Tlar

Tlar: I find this very funny. Maliki says this block Alhal consisting of one member has vowed to affiliate with him in an article yesterday like it was an important event.
Then this article comes out today and the only member of Alhal denies it saying he never agreed to anything. The one member of this block says he did not agree to affiliate or back Maliki today and that makes Maliki look foolish, like the big coo he got yesterday just fell through.
Maliki is really scraping the bottom of the barrel. A movement with one MP. HUH. I wonder what other big coo's M has in store in the next couple of days. Tlar
Khalid al-Asadi: the formation of the next government will not take more than two months
26/05/2014 BAGHDAD / NINA / MP, of the State of Law Coalition, Khalid al-Asadi said that "the formation of the next government will not take more than two month, or less than two ."
He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "legally and constitutionally we cannot delay forming the government for a long time, as happened in past periods. Because the decision of the Federal Court has set a time for the formation of the government, refusing the open sessions of the parliament after the end of its Legislative role ".
He continued that "legally speaking and after the ratification of the election results, the president calls the parliament, within fifteen days, to hold its first session, to elect a speaker and two deputies, and then elect the presidential, who calls the head of the largest bloc in the Parliament to form a government within thirty days" .. / end
Tlar: This guy lives in a tree. He thinks that the SOL will be forming the next government and his thinking is that it will take a few months to get everybody to concede and finally come around.
The next government won't take one to two weeks to form if the NA chooses another candidate from Hakim's list. The hard core SOL members will be side lined before June 15th conceding the choice to the NA who will be controlled by the opposition. The NA will argue for about a week and then vote.
The vote will be by secret ballot by the heads of the blocks. Hakim, Sadr, along with the many smaller NA blocks will then vote pretty much in unison meaning they have already decided.
All of this will be done at the last minute so as not to piss off certain members such as Jaafari, Allawi and and Shahristani who believe they will be PM. Then they will go to the parliament in June, walk in and the Kurds, Sunni's and Turkman will vote to rubber stamp the opposition nominee.
