Timber: Kurdistan's (et al): if Maliki knows that he is a legal action to hold the third state
By Adminmo 08.06.2014 01:12 | Brother - and Sam Mulla
Kurdistan Alliance saw that stuck to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, the state came third because of "illegal acts" carried out by noting that (al-Maliki) knows that he will be tried in the event of his release from the prime minister.
And the MP for the Kurdistan happy messenger in a statement singled out by the reporter and the Agency for News News (et) that "stuck to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, the state of the three because he did not work legally, noting" that al-Maliki knows if his exit will lawsuits be tried. "
And the Messenger "Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki if he knew he had worked legally to hold the third state, explaining that" Maliki knows it will open all the previous files and provides lawsuits against him, for this is Emtemk power. "
The MP said the Kurdistan "alliance accept any person nominated by the National Alliance, with the exception of the current Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki."
Sparked media leaks about the attempts by some political blocs to open files financial and administrative corruption against the prime minister in the event of his release from the prime minister.
Flyboy: I have been in this investment for almost seven years...and I certainly don't want to throw water on a burning fire..BUT.. I am from the old school of "show me"..!

BlueyesinLevis: I hold no one to any date or rate.. I am happy that some feel the strength and understanding to postulate a guess. I am excited.. but definitely have a wait and see attitude.
One of our friends here told me she was concerned someone may quit their job over this "window"... and my reply is..
Dang it.. we are not responsible if someone is dumb enough to do anything rash until the day it happens for real. I have my life in reality.. my bills.. my world.... and then there is this investment full of promise... and we wait together.
By now.... every one of us KNOWS.. it will only happen when it happens. I respect every one of you enough to KNOW that you wont do anything stupid.. and that you wont BLAME anyone here if you DO!
PreacherMan: We wait together. By now.... every one of us KNOWS.. it will only happen when it happens.
Exactly Blue..This is one of the best forums, I have been on, Im thankful, some of our, members, are having strong feelings about this investment.
Take the news and be thankful, that we can possibly be at the end of this ride. Ive been meditating and thinking, about How I can be a good steward, of what we are about to receive. Lots of folk out there a hurting, we can make a change, we will make a change!
Tlar: I decided to post on this thread as part of the continuing story. The article above says two things to me. A deal has been made between the SOL and the coalition which does not include Maliki.
Most likely he will leave the country shortly to avoid prosecution. All the article says is that today after the announcement is made on the final results of the election, the NA will announce their candidate whuich represents the NA. It also states that the SOL will play no part in the next government.
I see this as part of the overall negotiation whereby the coalition *the new NA leadership* will choose the next PM without a fight from the SOL. I also see that as part of an overall agreement that the SOL has agreed to not taling any major Ministerial positions or rolls in the next government.
This part was done because the SOL leadership *the ones who held top positions in the last government* have proven to be total crooks and the coalition wants them out of Iraq’s business.
This will be over on or before Weds as I have stated earlier. Once it is announced who the pick is from the NA it should proceed nicely especially if we do not here anymore out of the SOL.
Turki just has to see this go this way to consider the government settled IMO. Remember Turkis big fear has been Malikis multiple attempts to raid the reserves. Shabibis big fear was the same.
Both held up against him even though both were accused of crimes and both threatened on a daily basis. With Maliki out of the picture, the government settled as to the coalition being firmly in charge, Turki will quickly do his thing before the end of this month.
We will never know all the details of this agreement between the coalition and the SOL, but I am comfortable that it also includes some restitution and monies returned to the government in addition to being locked out of government as a party for the next four years
The SOL did their thing as did the coalition all for the good of Iraq. There may yet be some charges brought against some of the SOL leadership, but those will be minor compared with what they should be charged. This is the best deal for Iraq, the coalition, the SOL, the future.
Oh and did I happen to mention, Maliki is toast left swinging out there with no protection. Many, many more accusations like the one from his general will not come out fast and furious.
