chattels: XXXX : I have “heard” that today the 21st “they” were given 3 weeks to complete the laws….. (( I don’t know what laws, and I do not know who is delegating the directives )) AND……. Moshen Ismail (aka – ALAK – Gov of CBI) has submitted his resignation……The resignation by law requires a 30-day notice……
And expect Sept 8th a new CBI governor to be appointed……… There is no “ink” on this and I don’t expect to see it in the press until the announcement……. That being said…..disregard it…….!!!!! But count on it !!
chattels: " Moshen Ismail (aka – ALAK – Gov of CBI) has submitted his resignation… , There is no “ink” on this ........... " ?????????????????

chattels: " Wolf, Wolf ! "
MichelleL: nevertheless, people are all excited, and I hope there's a reason
MichelleL: lol chattels
chattels: The Boy Who Cried Wolf is one of Aesop's Fables, ............ from it is derived the English idiom "to cry wolf", meaning to give a false alarm.
chattels: Teachers have used the fable as a cautionary tale about telling the truth.
MichelleL: chattels of course, sort of like every government we know of - when the sky does come tumbling down or the wolf is eating the grandma, we'll never believe it
chattels: How can these people have any credibility given the repeated predictions and " cries " of soon and very soon this, that and the other ? It defies all reason for me.
TxBrand: what are people excited about ?

chattels: ERBIL, Kurdistan Region – Kurdish political parties have turned to legal experts as meetings continued behind closed doors to hammer out a deal on the region’s presidency.
Rudaw reporters learned that each political bloc brought forward its own law scholars Friday to seek a legal way out of the impasse that has seemingly left the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) without a leader.
No consensus was expected to be reached on Friday with meetings scheduled to continue until an agreement is met, a Rudaw reporter at the scene of the meetings said.
The current dispute is whether Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) leader Masoud Barzani, whose term as president officially ended Thursday, should be allowed to extend his time in office.
