chattels: " The change of step bank manager is not sufficient to improve the reality of the banking sector."
chattels: " the potential for government banks big and hope to re - examine its policy without delay noting that "change is not enough bank manager without a comprehensive change of economic policy to cope with the international economic policy , adding that he must be trained banking cadres to cope with the current situation . "
chattels: This is an example of cosmetic change and hope / potential for change / reform that may make a difference. Like so many things in Iraq the question is one of implementation / application and real reform. ( " a comprehensive change of economic policy " )
