e - Property area more than 600 square meters have instead lease two million dinars, and the alternative is two million and a half million dinars.
jazzyblue: and if i remember correctly, i stand corrected if i am wrong, but one of the stipulations of either the strategic framework or the monetary reform is to be a member of the WTO
sczin11: ‹@jazzyblue› THAT IS DEFINITELY PART OF THE WHOLE PICTURE, BUT THE LAST REQUIREMENT, AS FAR AS I KNOW, IS THEY MUST HAVE A UNIQUE CURRENCY, THE DINAR, AND IT MUST BE INTERNATINALLY TRADEABLE
chattels: one square meter equals 10.79 square feet
sczin11: ‹@jazzyblue› HAVING TARIFFS IMPISED, WITH NO PURCHASING, WILL NOT BE A BENEFIT TO THE MEMBERS OF THE WTO
jazzyblue: and when they are accepted i would guess into the WTO upon these stipulations to join and this is something that was i think speculated ........THAT is when they are to or should change the value of the currency
Doug_W: ‹@sczin11› if no goods are sold No taxes are collected etc etc
chattels: 100 square meters is over 10,000 square feet of space rented at 500,000 dinar per month
sczin11: ‹@jazzyblue› THEY NEED A TRUE VALUE TO ENTER THE WTO, BUT THEY DONT NEED WTO TO GET A TRUE VALUE
sczin11: ‹@Doug_W› MISUNDERSTOOD YOUR COMMENT..U WERE AGREEING WITH ME..THGHT JUST THE REVERSE
jazzyblue: okay im sorry i bothered yall, it was just a point of view :)
sczin11: ‹@jazzyblue› NO BOTHER AT ALL...GREAT DISCUSSION

chattels: My sense is that Maliki cannot survive in the margins of political power. He has too many enemies, so if he is not chosen as the leader of the National Alliance then he likely is indeed on the way out and out of the country to Iran.

BB824: Defendants operate their fraudulent scheme via the Internet through the use of their website, by offering, and entering into, transactions in forex with non-ECP retail customers that are leveraged, margined or financed by the Defendants, and that result in actual delivery of forex – if at all - within periods of not less than 15 days and as much as 120 days following the date of the transaction(s).
chattels: ‹@BB824› I have wondered that to myself.
newbieDA: sorry, I am not following the reserves too much since I never got into them
chattels: One thought along those lines is that the object of the continuing litigation is to reimburse customers as I read the information
chattels: hold, i will pull it up
Imagist: ‹@chattels› I would imagine that the preference would be similar to Nixon here- a pardon and done to long division in the country.
chattels: In its continuing litigation, the CFTC seeks restitution to defrauded customers, disgorgement of ill-gotten gains, a civil monetary penalty, permanent registration and trading bans, and a permanent injunction against future violations of federal commodities laws, as charged.

chattels: ‹@BB824› not much. saying wait to the hearing on the continuation of the temporary injunction ( my words paraphrasing him )
chattels: he did opine that the hearing was " quick " as though such was unusual, but in my experience when an ex parte order is issued by the court thay have a hearing real soon to make sure that due process is afforded the defendants
BB824: omg, there so much out now theier done
chattels: duty and the privilege of service to my fellow man are calling, bbl
chattels: ‹@Winnerdinar› it appears that any transaction not completed within two days runs afoul of the commodity futures regulatory scheme
