chattels: 12-19-2015 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: "International Monetary Fund signed an agreement with Iraq to monitor the economy" I think it is rather humorous that for years we have told everyone what the IMF plan is for Iraq.
We do so with solid factual information printed right off the IMF website. And so many thought we...didn’t know what we were talking about... It is though rather inspiring now that the IMF not only is running the CBI monetary policy, they are also orchestrating the economic policy and transition to a market economy. Which will obviously be in line with the Article IV Consultation.

"
chattels: " ............. , such as, laws oil and gas, ............ "
chattels: " .......... did not proceed because of the wills of the political authorities and leaders of the blocs that have blocked legislation that important laws. "
chattels: The articles in the budget related to oil and gas are law for the budget year 2016. They are " temporary " and not " permanent ". Nor do they resolve many other issues attendant to oil and gas between Baghdad and Erbil, i.e., the provisions are limited and do not completely resolve imprtant conflicts over the administration of oil and gas.
Abraham: the addressing of then HCL was a condition of further lending from the World Bank and the IMF. The IMF are in control and they are calling the play!
chattels: A permanent and meaningful HCL law will require constitutional amendment or interpretation, IMO.
Abraham: The IMF will use their position to work with revelant National and International Organizations to recover missing funds. This is a big plus for Abadi
chattels: The Kurds do not trust the present court to determine such issues. There needs to be judicial reform.
Abraham: I am positive the IMF has what they require from the Kurds already. They are experienced and masters at what they do.
Abraham: Watch how quickly things will begin to be addressed in every area.
Abraham: Abadi is no fool he is a master himself
Abraham: Iraq's alignment with the IMF will lay the foundation Iraq needs to build on.
Abraham: I saw this in the making years ago. It has now come to the forefront
