[Stitch] I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands. One nation, UNDER GOD, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all!! God Bless our troops and all who serve... God Bless the USA!! :
[nolaspice] I believe life is a series of near misses. A lot of what we ascribe to luck is not luck at all. It's seizing the day and accepting responsibility for your future. It's seeing what other people don't see. And pursuing that vision.
[nolaspice] To achieve the impossible, it is precisely the unthinkable that must be thought.
[nolaspice] i think we are fabulous –
[buybyeby] nolaspice hang on because the IQD is one major right-on-the moneys that is going to rock our world!
[#3of5sisters] What's the next thing we watch since we didn't rv after state of union?
[Maryrose] #3of5sisters I don't think we can say any one thing will be visible for us to watch!! We just have to be patient and praying
[trebor1859] #3of5sisters many have said Iraq has to have completed by feb 23rd because of an agreement for payment.
[trebor1859] #3of5sisters of course not one announcement or event has ever proven to be true.

[Maryrose] findmoney amazing isn't it?
rustyc] sailman ther ya are what the news?
[sailman] rustyc nothing new yet today -- still waiting like everyone -- hope the open session on the budget gets it passed soon but really still waiting on the PTB to release the currency updates
rustyc] sailman the IMF rates data updates daily still about 9 not listed from2/12/13 , 2/13/13 only has 6 updated.
[sailman] rustyc have you noticed that Canadian Dollar has not updated in about two weeks on the site --- very interesting as IMF now inludes CDN as reserve currency
[Maryrose] rustyc I'm not seeing the dinar or dong
rustyc] Maryrose not on there that is what I am looking for....
rustyc] Maryrose sailman trying to see if the ones not updating are part of the basket
[texascamper] I have a question. I understand that once the budget is accepted it will be sent to the House for final acceptence. Then the Dinar will RV and we can have our CE. Is there in info, cause, or reason that after the budget is set and put into play, the Dinar will not RV and we will have to wait?
cherish] texascamper texascamper poppy3 seems to think that is not the case so who knows
[texascamper] cherish thanks I hope it ends up that way too
[goldeagle] This will bow your mind. Amazon is going to print its own money and it's legal.......With Amazon minting currency, Fed at risk Commentary: In future, good money could drive out the bad
[goldeagle] Here's the link to the article... http://www.marketwatch.com/story/could-amazon-run-central-banks-out-of-business-2013-02-13
[goldeagle] This month, Amazon launched its own coins — a virtual currency that can be used to buy stuff for your Kindle tablet. It is a very tentative move to start with: more like loyalty points on a reward card than actual cash. But every river needs to start with a spring — and with the web’s mightiest retailer behind it the coins could grow into something significant.
If so, Amazon coins will be far from alone. The virtual web currency BitCoin has already attracted a huge amount of publicity — and is steadily gaining in both circulation and value. After a crash last year — regrettably virtual currencies are just as prone to booms and busts as the real sort — it has steadied at around $25 and has gained acceptance.
[goldeagle] It is not hard to see why central bankers are worried. Right now, virtual currencies are tiny. Hardly anyone is taking them seriously. And yet people are increasingly losing faith with traditional currencies. They are losing value steadily to inflation. And quantitative easing and currency wars mean they are constantly being debased. They are open to alternatives.
Plenty of investors have been turning to gold. Russia and China are building up their reserves, and so are many private individuals. But gold has always had its own problems as a currency. After all, if it was perfect the world would not have stopped using it as a currency. It has irregular supply. And it is as prone to crashes and collapses as any other monetary unit.
[goldeagle] After all, if it was perfect the world would not have stopped using it as a currency. This statement bothers me the most. The crooks running the Federal Reaserve killed off gold because banks couldn't lend more than the gold reserves they held. We know we're going back to a gold standard and what was once in effect can be put back into effect.
[toni] goldeagle gold and oil is what's backing up them currencies
[goldeagle] toni correct. remember it isn't the amount of gold that determines its price, it's what the rest of the world says it worth which is why after the change over and the dust settles, it will go parabolic in price, but the better play will be in silver because it's used for so many things in manufacturing.
[toni] goldeagle right i agree
[yabba dabba] silver will be outrageously good...i do believe...coins been doing some study on the fiat currency and how it works...what a The Evil word that should never be mentioned again..amen
[toni] goldeagle ok thank you , so it would be better to go with silver ,.
[goldeagle] toni Yes that's what I personally believe. silver could head north of $200 and even surpass $500 an ounce. Read some of the articles that Bix Wier puts out on his site. The Road To Roota.

xyz] http://www.cnbc.com/id/100450668 Investing professionals, even the best and brightest, can't seem to make up their minds whether the U.S. Federal Reserve and its global brethren are the salvation or the doom of capital markets. They're just trying to survive under conditions they say they've never seen before.
