Maliki personally controls the Minister of Interior and Commander of the Armed Forces positions....and even in the Defense Minister's position, he controls the person in that position....more and more Iraqi's are coming forward to admit that he has become a dictator.....2013 was the most violent in Iraq since the 1985 war....in one month alone, July, over 3,300 Iraqi's died.

There has been several articles over the past few weeks that have indicated that Maliki is considering replacing Turki as the governor of the CBI....I am sure the IMF has a strong opinion in this matter as well. This article states that Turki would be happy with just the position of Office of Financial Supervision, one that I believe he concurrently holds with the CBI governorship.
