Count on His faithfulness, not your faithfulness. When God gives you a promise from His Word, it’s not for us to struggle and conjure up faith to make His promise come to pass.
You cannot make the miracle happen—only God can. You are to rest in Him who has promised, rest in His faithfulness, and you will experience your miracle!

Did the promise come from Me? Of course it did. You remember most of the circumstances surrounding the time you received it. Satan will do any and all he can to knock you off the center of believing in My goodness. If he can do that, he thinks he can win. He hasn't won and he won't win. We win, Beloved. The promise will surely come.
2 Corinthians 1:20-22 (NASB) "For as many as are the promises of God, in Him they are yes; therefore also through Him is our Amen to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God, who also sealed us and gave us the Spirit in our hearts as a pledge." Bev Robinson
All my best to you,
