MICA Announcement:

"This summer, the first part of the EU’s MiCA Regulation will come into effect. Financial institutions (FIs) that are currently engaged in or exploring crypto assets will need to make operational adjustments."

Markets in Crypto Assets (MICA) are finally coming to the final stages of completion for the QFS. Financial institutions seeking to participate on the new Digital System will be going through a regulatory process.

These MICA Regulations that will come to a conclusion on May 28th, 2024 in Europe will create a crypto-asset white paper. This white paper will report and create a set of guidelines for all countries to follow going forward in building their Quantum Technological Regulations

Financial institutions around the world will have until December 2024 to integrate their Quantum Technologies to the new Digital Asset Based Trading System. At that time, the new QFS will be operational Globally.

Here is what will be worked on between now and the end of the year:

* how financial values are stored and transacted (stablecoins)
* Movement from T+1 to T+0 instant payments in cross-border transactions
* Reducing counterparty risks
* Counteracting payment frauds

Many Credit Valuation Adjustments will be taking place between now and that time when the Global Currency Reset will come into play.

This is it folks. I know no one wants to hear this at this time. Yet, we are working with the United States, Europe, and the BRICS Nations aligning themselves with payment systems and tokenized assets that will govern our new Global Economy.

It's been a long journey, but we are in the final stages. And, it is important that we pay close attention between now and Christmas to changes that can possibly move up these banking timelines.

As far as currencies are concerned, they will need to begin shifting at some point between now and Christmas. They may come as a float, become volatile, partial revaluation in some countries, but I expect final prices on these currencies or complete revaluations to come late to early next year.

There are three phases to this final process. I will be helping you to understand where we are as we move to each stage. The first two have to be done by Christmas. The last one is a continuation of the first two that has more to do with reporting procedures than payment processes.

In the meantime, we will clearly have Digital Assets moving into real values. This first RV is at the beginning stages of development right now.

"SEBI Proposes Framework for Price Discovery of Investment Companies"

Between now and the end of the year, SEBI has recommended that our new tokenized assets go through what is called a price discovery.

Securities and Exchange Board of India has made the above recommendation for their financial markets. In reality, this is what will be taking place around the world as well.

Price Discovery is when the markets synchronize their new price actions or correlations with each other based upon supply and demand.

Supply and demand recognize price actions that correspond with assessments on companies and those who buy their products' actual ability to pay for items on the market.

China's Payment Regulations Announcement:

On December 9, 2023, Chinese Premier Li Qiang signed Decree No. 768 of the State Council.

The People's Bank of China is giving us a look at their implementation rules for their new payment regulations.

It covers risk management, e-commerce, faster mobile and computer payments, connections between central depository institutions, banking systems, monetary policies, guidelines, management of payment rules between Financial institutions, and various types of accounts.

After implementation, these new regulations will be sent to Clearing House Institutions for Network inclusion and compliance directives to enforce this new payment system.  This decree is China's regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Non-Bank Payment Institutions.

A non-bank entity provides similar services to a bank, but they do not hold a banking license. This merges the new Digital Economy with the Traditional Markets and Banking System inside our new digital economy.   Peoples Bank of China

It will go into effect on May 1, 2024.

Japan is the fourth-largest export market and trading partner of the United States with a 68 billion trading deficit.

Why this partnership is so important comes of its connection to US Dollars held within their accounts to support the Yen.

Japan is giving an imminent warning that they are going to have to prop up their currency by intervening into the markets.

This means they will be selling their dollars that they have bought over the years to support the Yen from continuing to fall in its price.

As the yen begins the process of leveling the playing field between the price of the dollar against the yen, it will begin to affect the global markets as well.

This move will cause trading deficits and appreciation with other countries around the world as the Yen begins to rise in its price.

Eventually, the move toward more reliance on their Basel 3 compliant policies over the dollar will stabilize the Yen as these temporary measures go into effect.

As we have spoke of recently in this room, we are moving into credit valuation adjustments. This is going to be a big one because of so many trading contracts take place between the US and Japan.

Volatility in the currency markets are about to begin, and they will end with the stabilization of all currencies based upon real values connected to them through gold.

Many new agreements have been signed with other countries to increase the demand for their currency as of late.

He expressed that they still need more goods to sell to increase their money velocity.

Iraq has not moved to a position of removing the three zeros on their currency just yet.

It was mentioned that they are still working with their Foreign Corresponding Bank to complete their banking reforms this year.

"CFTC Approves Final Rules on Swap Confirmation Requirements for Swap Execution Facilities (SEFs)"

These rules go into effect 30 days after they have been placed in the Federal Register. "An essential component of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act) is its framework for the regulation of swaps, including central clearing and trade execution requirements, registration and comprehensive regulation of swap dealers, and recordkeeping and reporting requirements."

The final rules amend CFTC Regulation 37.6(b) to require such confirmation to take place “as soon as technologically practicable.”

We have two things holding us back at this point in moving forward with the newly amended and final rules of swap executions on Securities such as Foreign Currency.

1) This amendment and final rule has to go to the Federal Registry which doesn't take long.

2) This new amendment can be implemented as soon as "technologically practicable.”

"HANOI (Bloomberg): Vietnam’s central bank said it sold dollars to some banks, intervening in the foreign exchange market as the currency fell to a record low."

Today, Vietnam did a currency intervention. They sold some of their dollars to some banks. Let's take a look at why this move was made and why it makes sense.

Vietnam is currently applying for the BRICS system. The need to hold dollars in trade going forward does not make as much sense anymore. It would make more sense to hold the trading currency of the BRICS system that will carry enough weight to justify new Dong rates going forward.

At the same time, the BRICS Nations have a requirement that Nations who join them own gold. Gold increases the net worth of a country's own currency, and backing in Gold will enable Vietnam to trade under a Gold Standard.

You will notice in an article below that Vietnam has begun buying more Gold.

Currently, Europe and the US carry a lot of weight in trading values through the WTO. China and other countries who are part of the BRICS system are edging up to near-similar levels of trade that will equate the US and Europe.

This will level the playing field for countries such as Vietnam, and it makes sense for them to begin dumping their dollars for currencies inside the BRICS Nations and Gold.

Holding these new reserves in the BRICS Nations will allow Vietnam to raise the value of their currency through new trading mechanisms inside the new digital economy and more holdings in Gold.

The Commodities Futures Trading Commission has issued an announcement.

The CFTC is extending the comment period for new rules being applied on the swap execution facilities.

This affects the DCMs in Part 37 and 38. The Designated Contract Markets are boards of trade (or exchanges) that operate under the regulatory oversight of the CFTC.

"The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 19, 2024. It had a 60-day comment period scheduled to close on April 22, 2024."

The following is what was considered in yesterday's meeting.

"Final Rule: Capital and Financial Reporting Requirements for Swap Dealers and Major Swap Participants

Final Rule: Adopting Amendments to the Large Trader Reporting Rules for Futures and Options"

A new round of sanctions are being applied to Venezuela and their oil economy.

On April 22nd, 2024, the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications and Real Time Gross Settlements is upgrading to the ISO20022 messaging system.

The Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited and the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited will soon after do a market-wide testing to make sure the clearing systems of the East and West are synchronized.

Once this interface is complete and tested, the new settlement messaging system for tokenized assets through Stablecoins, already tested and regulated, in Hong Kong will be able to move digital money in cross-border International trades.   This will enable foreign currency exchanges to take place on this new Digital Financial Settlement System.   HKEX     Adenza

The China Securities Regulatory Commission said it will facilitate Hong Kong listings by leading Chinese companies.

There are three trends taking place on our Global Markets. These three trends have not been seen before in history.

We have new tokenized assets onboarding the trading system through ETFs, we have the dollar that has continued to rise, and we have gold that is continuing to rally.

These two major assets (dollar and new ETFs) would have at one time held the price of gold down, but we are not seeing this take place and the repercussions of this fact tell us we are sailing into new headwinds inside our Global Markets.

So far, our markets seem to be pricing in these new changes or shall I say new transitions of our economy. This is why following the new digital economy as it completes its final phases of development is so important.

Old indicators and fundamentals no longer apply and new ones are beginning to surface. This indicates a transition is taking place inside the entire economy, but you have to know what you're looking for inside the new digital asset-based trading system.

Current indications are showing us that our new correlated asset trends are beginning to work together instead of adversely. If these new trends continue, our markets will have moved from negative correlations to positive ones.

What does this mean as far as watching for changes happening on the market in our current world? It means we have to look for and when the QFS is finally completed its connections. Once its development is complete, we will then know the real values as they are turned on inside the new digital economy. VanEck

The World Bank and the IMF are actively involved in these meetings as well. The World Bank in the IMF are two major players that will announce the Bretton Woods III agreement.

Hong Kong is offering new guidance on their TM Systems Technology currently in development.

TM System's "goal is to become global leaders in security consulting services and location-based analytics along with software development."

They have completed a messaging system that already talks back and forth to the central banks of these countries.

This information is secured and ensures payment capabilities on both sides of a trade.

All they have left to complete is an agreement on what stablecoin they will use to complete their settlement transactions.

This is why we are transitioning into a Basel 3 requirement regimen and the reason for our movement from Libor (interest gains agreement) contracts to SOFR (gold gains agreement) contracts in overnight repo Market repurchase agreements.

SOFR contracts are currently our liquidity for overnight banking purchasing opportunities going forward.

"The U.S. is effectively in an abundant reserves situation now, but the Fed’s stated policy is to move to an ample reserves regime."

In other words, banks are holding far more reserves than necessary to meet legal requirements for liquidity buffers. This is known as the abundant reserves regime.

When we witness a change in our monetary policy towards an ample reserves regimen for the banking system, a monetary policy shift will occur. Interest rates will be lowered, and the price of gold will rise to fulfill debt obligations.

This shift will lock in a new connection between our banking system and the markets. We will have a secured loan collateral regimen that will ensure both sides of a transaction are capable of doing so inside a new digital asset-based trading system.

This will usher in clearance to operate inside a new digital asset-based trading system whereby gold held inside our banking system will enable us to move into a new regulated tokenized asset economy.

Look for MICA crypto regulations to move inside the Global Economy giving a structured framework under a digital Gold Standard Protocol.

A new economy determined by the people and for the people. "All roads lead to gold, and 'digital gold' will set us free."

Gold Standard Announcement:

"Russian gold exports have stopped since the start of this year after new exchange-rate-linked duties, Danil Volkov, director of the finance ministry’s tax policy department, told the  Federation Council, the upper chamber of parliament."

This year, Russia is in process of abolishing their export duty on gold. This is a government tax on goods leaving the exporting country. It is collected by the customs authorities.

A gold-exchange rate-linked duty is a monetary system where a nation's gold can be converted into bills of exchange such as the Ruble. Such moves open the door to a Gold Standard.

Citizens in Russia are already making currency to gold and vice versa exchanges at their local bank.

When this is fully implemented, we will begin to see a ripple effect of other countries seeing the advantages of such a trade especially as countries begin to form free trade agreements fully putting an end to tariffs and aligning their gold with local currencies. This will go a long way to leveling the playing field.
