[BWM] Here we are again with these "looming" dates in front of us... we've heard ppl give you their "I told you this date months ago" storyline and as the end of the year approaches we still hear news daily of another deadline that we must have the RV by. Several dates that ppl have eluded to are O's vacation, IMF meetings 13-15th and UN meeting on the 17th...
[BWM] It should be blatantly obvious after all this time that while we try to tie every little thing to the RV. Fiscal cliff... RV. Presidential vacation... RV. McRib back at McD's... RV. As much as we'd like to think that we know some event will be the "big announcement" or "trigger" it's just not that easy. As much as we've heard "history repeats itself" we've seen "media repeat itself" a 100 times more in Iraq news. If you haven't noticed Iraq can count to about, um, 3 zeros, time to move on with the education system.
[BWM] I don't want to discount every piece of information that comes out but some of the things that ppl want to use as the "back wall" is absurd. http://whitehouse.gov1.i ··· aii.html Why ppl continue to link things in their thinking without completely thinking through the process is beyond me.

[BWM] Here's my solution, feel free to choose any date you think the RV will happen, promote it to the world and boldly explain your reasoning and take your stand that you are absolutely sure of your "Facts"... then, when you're wrong... SHUT UP, don't change your name and come back later as another 'guru', don't use the "well I'm just the messenger" excuse or your "great contacts in (insert country here) have never been wrong before", just calmly admit to your error and stop the madness.
[BWM] I understand everyone needs hope... but with every "date" of hope you give you pass a little bit of hopelessness when that date passes. Ppl do need to understand this is real. Ppl need to understand this is happening. Ppl will know WHEN the event has happened WHEN it has occurred. What extra "hope" does throwing a date out there do? I've heard it so many times, "if I really knew it was going down on that date, I could wait". The point is you will either continue to wait anyway (ALL IN) or you will get out. If you believed in this enough to put your money into this to start and it hasn't happened on "your" timeline then I would suggest you either (a) sell out and shut up, or (b) relax and know that this isn't on any apparent timeline you'll find in print anywhere.
[BWM] At the end of the day, you can use all the words you want, speculation, conjecture, guesswork, shot in the dark, take a stab at it, supposition but rarely do we have actual "facts" and that's part of it... with every great reward comes some amount of risk. Every great discovery was born out of things that had never or "couldn't" be done and here we stand on the brink (nearly a decade) of something happening of epic proportions.
[BWM] It's Christmas... and while we'd like to tie the "season of giving" or "better give to receive" or "the retailers need this for their bottom line" storylines into our situation there are far greater forces at work in this scenario. The hope lies in the fact that it could be accomplished by the end of the year... will it? We won't know until it's done. The hopelessness lies in the settling of a date this "has" to occur by and planning your life around that date as the last day of work, the day you pay off that bill collector or the day you finally purchase a car that has more than 3 cylinders functioning.
[BWM] It's Christmas... do your best to remember that through the holidays... and if and I mean IF something does happen during that time... try to remember that a lot longer as you move towards a more sustainable life. Prove to the world that "hope" is still alive and well and you are living proof that that whether you survived two weeks or ten years in this crazy dinaride that good things happen to good ppl. I know this because I have met many, many good ppl through this. Merry CHRISTmas! from the backwoods...
[BWM] well guys sorry to break up the conversation y'all had going... got some things I need to run to do... see y'all later... Merry Christmas!!!
