INSTRUCTIONS FOR SALARY ADJUSTMENT EXPENSES STAFF FOR PUBLIC
On 17.03.2015, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 32/2015 / TT-BTC guiding the determination of needs, resources and financing methods for the adjustment of salaries of officials and servants and salaried positions in the armed forces from the salary coefficient of 2.34 or less according to Decree No. 17/2015 / ND-CP dated 02/14/2015 of the Government;
adjustment allowance for social workers who have retired under Decree No. 09/2015 / ND-CP of the Government dated 22.01.2015.
Under the guidance of this Circular, the total number of officials and public servants and salaried people in the armed forces from the salary coefficient of 2.34 or less was present at the actual time of 01/01 / 2015, in the total payroll is assigned to competent authorities in 2015;
