another mailman » October 3rd, 2013, 9:28 pm • [Post 75] I hear you, but, they didn't pass their budget 3 months early last year. I can't think of any other reason they would do that for the 2014 budget unless a rate change was in the works.

I can even go further and tell you they werent out of chapter 7 and just deemed them to go international with their currency in September another step to enter chapter 6 also i believe IMHO they are using 2 sets of books.
One with the artificial rate and one with the new valued rate. Its all a mater of when they will actually make it public.

We should see some kind of rate change, unless they have 173 trillion dinar somewhere, lol. A friend of mine at work told me today that he saw an article about Western Union opening up shop in Iraq! If someone finds the article, please post it. :handshake3:
Ya but remember what they said about the rate being in the budget last year and here we are a year later

ko1otushka wrote on October 4th, 2013, 2:47 am: sound quality Hi Frank! Just wanted to get this in so I can still be a poster. Did get the chance to catch some of the last conference call 1Oct.
I don't know if it's my computer or something on your end or what it was but the sound from the live feed I caught was not the best. Distorted I thought so I started by turning the sound down on my computer but it still wasn't the best.
It was a much better sound on the playback feature so just finished listening to that. Don't know what the difference was but I commend your sound or IT person for getting that up so fast and so good. In the meantime keep up the good work and we'll wait for the word. Sincerely, Mike
Frank26 » October 4th, 2013, 9:37 am • [Post 161] Friend ......... The fault lies in the connection AND the moment of our CCs.
During the call there are thousands ........ Maybe ten's of K's but we can only measure up to 10 K's with our link and the ones we see piggybacking on to our calls. This causes a lot of interference and sound distortion. BUT ......... When You re-listen by Yourself......... It turns out that way ........ Just You.
Oh say can You see ............ Me better? Nope. But You can hear me much better without the crowd ......... In Your face. You see? KTFA, Frank
