[Fresh]Red Skyy all that I've read is that it's been 100% paid
[Fresh]Kuwait is basically shouting for Iraq's full release from Chapter 7 because all debts are paid
[BOBSFUN] Fresh cool
[myblifeguard] Fresh ..that is a good thing...
[BOBSFUN] I think that part is done, just hoping rv comes with it,,, free float is fine with me,,, it would only take a week to hit a buck
[myblifeguard] Bobsfun ...agreed
[BOBSFUN] let it hit the forex and see what happens,,, hedge funds would pounce and the value would take off
[BOBSFUN] huge banks are prob already setting monies aside for this
[BOBSFUN] myblifeguard yup i agree
[Fresh] BOBSFUN I've done a lot of day trading... the small fraction of a percent of the dinar's relevance to the global exchange when increased in value, versus how little the average investors owns on average compared to how little the "average person" is actually invested in the dinar to begin with...
[myblifeguard] Fresh ..it will be a "dip in the road" for most
Read More Link on Right
[Fresh] ... in my opinion means that we could all stand to make a very significant amount of money at any moment and also it could be in surges - for example overnight a $1USD to $1 dinar equivalent and then it dramatically surges upward from there over the days that follow
[BOBSFUN] cant hurt the economy, new cars, homes,,, renting rv's
[BOBSFUN] Fresh yup
[BOBSFUN] even if they came out on the forex at 1170 it would skyrocket in no time
[Fresh] whenever the market gets wind of something new that is "hot" they tend to buy into it prematurely and quickly and the value of that equity, etc can get inflated...
[BOBSFUN] supply and demand would increase the price
[Fresh] meaning let's say $3.33 is the target rate for example. They could float the rate out below that and the market could actually drive it up well over $4 and the "buzz" can feed that move higher. Eventually profit taking sets in and the price increase starts to level off and typically the price will decrease and decline back - potentially sharp movement when the change of momentum happens - this is to get a "gut check" of who is really interested in holding long term
[belabun] Fresh that is when we play the game LOL. purchase low, sell high rofl rofl rofl
[BOBSFUN] Fresh do you think Kuwaits new currency plays any part?
[BOBSFUN] maybe a deal was struck with bush and they will be the same??? hhmmm
[Fresh] belabun well at that point - the game becomes bigger than us. The liquidity in the market is much larger than what we hold in physical currency.
[belabun] Fresh I am sure
[BOBSFUN] Fresh do you thimk the USA ownes 3-5 billion?
[BOBSFUN] myblifeguard good to see ya
[BOBSFUN] or rumor
[myblifeguard] BOBSFUN ..it's good to be "seen"..
[BOBSFUN] myblifeguard I want you to see me in an rv !!!
[Fresh] BOBSFUN I know that is a commonly speculated figured but I have no way of knowing
[belabun] Citigroup to be the First American Bank to Open in Baghdad Associated Press/ Hadi Mizban - A man exchanges money at a street money changers in Karbala, 50 miles (80 kilometers) south of Baghdad, Iraq, Sunday, June 23, 2013 BAGHDAD (AP) — Citigroup Inc. is set to become the first American bank to open an office of its own in Baghdad, highlighting financial firms' growing interest in Iraq a decade after the U.S.-led 2003 invasion. Executives say the representative office Citi has received preliminary approval for will help support its corporate customers in Iraq and act as a liaison for companies looking to do business there. British bank Standard Chartered is also making a push in Iraq with plans to open branches in three cities. "Essentially what we are doing is following our clients," said Mayank Malik, Citi's chief executive for Jordan and Iraq, ahead of an official announcement Monday. "We see this as a giant waking up. ... The time to enter is now. It's not when everything has been done." Iraq has struggled to attract interest from Western companies outside of the oil sector in the 10 years since U.S.-led forces toppled dictator Saddam Hussein. Security and political instability remain major concerns, and corruption within the top-heavy statist economy is deeply entrenched. Even so, foreign banks see opportunities as Iraq's economy opens up on the back of an oil boom. The World Bank expects Iraq's economy to grow by 9 percent this year ARTICLE CONTINUES >>>>
[BOBSFUN] Fresh i know, right
[BOBSFUN] belabun they havent open yet have they?
[BOBSFUN] I saw that artical, man sitting on the street corner exchanging bills
[BOBSFUN] not much of an office IMHO
[LBnFL] BOBSFUN Keeping expenses low!
[BOBSFUN] LBnFL no overhead is the best
[Fresh] to finish my above thoughts about a "free float" basically the opposite would be similar to how they are now and countries like Kuwait that operate at a relatively fixed level or as we refer to sometimes as the "program rate".
[Fresh] All that being said, I am just adding my opinions about the IQD here and I must stress that people seek out the right people when it comes to dealing with financial matters - especially when it involves money! This event we are waiting on is so rare so I thought I would just add my opinion to the discussion based on my studies ;)
[LBnFL] Fresh Thx. I won't be one to ride it out for very long.
[Fresh] LBnFL some will some won't... I think if people have sound financial planning in place from qualified professionals - the exit will be much more obvious for some than those that have less of a defined plan.
[belabun] BOBSFUN ROFL, says money changer, they "plan" to get in , great news IMO,
[belabun] I thought they had cracked down on the "money exchangers" long ago, ----
[Fresh] belabun that's what I remember - black market currency concerns, etc
[belabun] Fresh yes, they were going to shut them all down, oh well
