The Arab League issued a statement on the meeting of the Executive Office of Arab Ministers of Tourism
Hold events session (22) , the Executive Office of the Arab Ministerial Council for Tourism on Sunday and Monday approvers: 24-25 / 6/2018 at the headquarters of the parent public that the Arab League , where he chairs the Executive Office of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and involving both: Kingdom of Jordan Alhashimah- Republic of Tunisia, Kingdom of Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Republic of Iraq, State of Libya, Arab Republic of Egypt, Kingdom of Morocco and the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States (Economic Affairs Sector).
The agenda presented to the Executive Office also includes seven items , the most important of which are:
A joint meeting of the Ministers of Tourism and the Ministers of Culture in the Arab States will be held in order to build effective partnerships among the Arab countries in the fields of tourism and culture. Tourism is a key driver for the definition of Arab cultural heritage and a key pillar for its preservation, investment and development. .
The final study of the establishment of an Arab - Chinese tourism and hoteltraining center in Tunisia, as the Chinese tourism has become the first wave of tourism in the world, where the flow of Chinese tourists to Arab countries is estimated at 2 million tourists annually.
The role of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization in supporting Arab tourism.
The role of tourism media in the implementation of the Arab strategy for tourism.
Setting tourist quality standards for tourist information and tourism agencies.
Proposal submitted by the Ministry of Tourism of the Arab Republic of Egypt to establish an award for the Arab Ministerial Council for Tourism in the field of excellence and innovation .
