6-17-13 Stryker: What a collection of Parliament articles today!
Articles: Tomorrow. The House holds a meeting to discuss a number of laws
I am going to break the laws down so we know what they will be looking at tomorrow.
These are the ones that should interest us ... CAPS ARE MY THOUGHTS and RESEARCH.
THIS ONE SHOWS THAT THEY WILL BE OUT OF CHAPTER VII AND WILL BE
WORKING TO TRAIN THEIR ARMED FORCES AS NATO PARTNERS.
Read More Link On Right
(QUOTE) the vote on the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the training
of Iraqi security forces between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and NATO.
THIS NEXT ONE IS THE MOST INTERESTING ONE, IT LOOKS LIKE THEY WILL BE VOTING ON MONETARY CHANGES TOMORROW AND COULD VERY WELL BE THE MONETARY REFORM THAT THEY/WE NEED,
VOTE TOMORROW AND IMPLEMENT JULY 1ST AS MOST MONETARY CHANGES TAKES PLACE EITHER AT THE FIRST OF A COUNTRIES FISCAL YEAR OR AT MID FISCAL YEAR, HENCE JULY 1ST:
(QUOTE) and vote on the draft law on monetary and banking training centre.
THIS NEXT TWO ARE EASY TO FIGURE OUT, THE FIRST ONE IS THE NAVIGATION
MEMORANDUM THAT BOTH SIDES SIGNED LAST WEEK:
(QUOTE) the first reading of the draft law on the ratification of the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait concerning the regulation of shipping in the Khawr Abd Allah.
THE NEXT ONE IS A JOINT COMMISSION TO HELP BOTH COUNTRIES KEEP MOVING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AFTER IRAQ IS RELEASED FROM CHAPTER VII:
(QUOTE) the second reading of the draft law on ratification of the agreement on the establishment of a joint Commission for cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait.
THIS ONE IS ABOUT THE BA'ATH PARTY AND THE CHANGES NEEDED TO BE MADE THAT WE KEEP READING SO MUCH ABOUT AND PART OF THE DEMONSTRATOR'S DEMANDS.
THESE ARE ADDITIONAL THINGS NEEDED FOR STABILITY IN IRAQ PRIOR TO MONETARY CHANGES. THE ACT WAS FROM 1979 THROUGH 2003 WHILE THE COUNTRY WAS UNDER THE REALM OF SADDAM:
(QUOTE) the vote on the draft law of the fifth amendment to the Council of state Act No. 65 of 1979

THIS ONE GOES WELL WITH THE MONETARY CHANGES THAT THEY WILL BE VOTING ON TOMORROW AND IS AS INTERESTING IMO:
(QUOTE) vote on the draft law of the first amendment Coalition Provisional
Authority order No. (87) for 2004
THIS ORDER NO. (87) FOR 2004 RECOGNIZES THAT PUBLIC CONTRACT LAWS
SHOULD CONFORM TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS OF TRANSPARENCY,
PREDICTABILITY AND FAIRNESS OF TREATMENT. IT SHOULD PROVIDE FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS AND BE FREE FROM CORRUPTION AND UNDUE INFLUENCES AND CREATE A SYSTEM TO PROCURE GOODS AND SERVICES AT THE BEST POSSIBLE VALUE FOR GOVERNMENT.
THIS TWO SHOULD INCLUDE THE CONCEPT OF FULL, FAIR AND OPEN
COMPETITION WILL BE A CRITICAL IMPORTANCE TO IRAQ'S ECONOMY AND OF FREE TRADE AMONG NATIONS.
THIS AUTHORITY ALSO SHOULD BUILD ON THE EXISTING IRAQI LAWS IN THE FIELDS OF ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTIONS AND MODERNIZING THEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL PRACTICES.
FOLKS, AMENDING THIS ACT NO. (87) IS VITAL IMO AND MEANS THAT IRAQ WILL SOON BE ACCEPTED INTO THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION AS A FULL MEMBER AND BE BACK ONTO THE INTERNATIONAL STAGE WITH A REAL CONVERTIBLE CURRENCY AND WHAT BETTER WAY THEN WITH A NEW MONETARY SYSTEM.
THESE ARE JUST MY PERSONAL OPINION OF COURSE.
