sczin11: JUNE2015 Al-Maliki delayed the arrest and conviction of criminals and punishment. And reports of the International Criminal Court's decision to refer the Ripper (Al-Maliki) and a group of senior aides to court on charges of genocide. Posted by: Dr. Abdel Kazem Al-aboudi. [Image: malikidown3.jpg]
After the three presidencies in Iraq on behalf of Al-Maliki's disposal to Fouad Massoum and criminalization of Iraqis accused of treason for trying to remedy these problems, including the implementation of a military coup in Baghdad's almlishiawe Government filter Haidar Al-Abbadi says the International Criminal Court's decision to refer the Nuri al-Maliki and aides to court on charges of genocide.
And the prospect of potential criminal trials Nouri al-Maliki is suspicious in the corridors of green almdabah to find a way out of Al-Maliki and all the gang ruling Baghdad because the principle of quotas in quota also requires provision of common criminality penalty implemented by coalitions of Maliki and his Shia and Sunni internally in Iraq and will obtain punishment also Safavid Tehran being the main perpetrator was for what happened and is happening in Iraq.
The International Criminal Court's decision to refer the Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and senior aides to court on charges of genocide opened the door wide to condemn the junta's henchmen and occupation governing Iraq.
sczin11: Quoting Mr. Mohammed Al Kaabi, spokesperson for the Tribunal for the region of the Middle East: that among the agents of Maliki who decides to bring them to court Lt. General Farouk Al-araji, Director of the Office of Al-Maliki's military, Lt. Gen. OOTW: ‹@sczin11› ha
disciple7: GA everyone
disciple7: ‹@sczin11› ok so is that article saying that hes going to court? or that the Iraqi gov. is protecting him from going?
disciple7: ‹@sczin11› iyo
MichelleL: still that same ole maliki dude? geez, when is he leaving town?
MichelleL: good afternoon everyone :)
disciple7: ‹@MichelleL› GA
MichelleL: ‹@disciple7› hello there
disciple7: ok so ithink im getting that the article is saying that their trying to expedite the process to get M to the ICC before he runs to Iran and its Iraqi Gov. job to protect him (which I doubt they will) but its still "up in the air"... anyone?
Stash: hang him
disciple7: ‹@Stash› agreed
OOTW: well it's another kurdish mp demanding he be tried, so we're getting pressure from many sides to do this
disciple7: ‹@OOTW› thank you OOTW
OOTW: sure thing, disciple
disciple7: those articles are tough sometimes
OOTW: the pressure's building - at least in the press..I'd really like to see this at the ICC site, but nothing to date
OOTW: yes they are - it's the mp's exerting pressure through the press often times, but also journalists and news sites are as well
disciple7: oh I agree 120%
disciple7: i hope this pushes through very soon
sczin11: ‹@disciple7› ITS MORE PRESSURE FROM WITHIN THE COUNTRY
disciple7: ‹@sczin11› thanks you
sczin11: ‹@OOTW› ‹@disciple7› THE KEY DIFFERENCE TODAY WITH THESE TWO ARTICLES POSTED IN THE THREAD, IMHO, IS
sczin11: THEY ARE FROM WHAT I WOULD CALL
sczin11: RELIABLE SOURCES...
disciple7: great to hear
disciple7: ‹@OOTW› ‹@sczin11› in your opinions is there anyway to actually stop M from running to Iran?
Stash: let him go and let them hang him lol
disciple7: ‹@Stash› bahahaha agreed (if they would)
sczin11: ‹@disciple7› MY UNDERSTANDING IS IRAN DOESNT WANT TO PROVIDE AMNESTY ... AND AT THIS POINT IN HISTORY, WITH WHERE IRAN LOOKS TO BE, I DONT THINK THEY WANT TO ANTAGONIZE THE WORLD
disciple7: ‹@sczin11› ok thanks. i always figured M was like Irans agent..
OOTW: ‹@disciple7› you know when i have my "pummel Maliki" glasses on, I have to wonder if there's any possibility his name came into the discussions to lift sanctions re Iran
sczin11: ‹@OOTW› I HAD THE SAME THOUGHT, AND NEVER BROUGHT IT UP- I TOOK IT FURTHER..IRAN HAD TO AGREE NOT TO TAKE HIM IN, IN ORDER FOR DEAL TO BE CONSUMATED
OOTW: YES, I CERTAINLY HOPE IT WAS SOMETHING LIKE THIS - WE SAW PLENTY OF ARTICLES ON THIS DURING IRAN'S TALKS
OOTW: STILL, HARD TO PROVE CONCLUSIVELY
sczin11: ‹@OOTW› PERSONALLY, I HAVE FAITH YOU WILL FIND A WAY... :)
OOTW: WELL, IT WILL HAVE TO COME FROM THE ICC'S SITE
disciple7: ‹@OOTW› that's a good thought
disciple7: If true he's doomed..
